Trevor Button

Trevor Button joined Whitefield School in September 2023. Prior to joining Flourish Learning Trust he has led of two Alternative Provision Schools both of which achieved Ofsted Good grades during his time with them. Trevor has always had a passion for working with students in specialist education, he has more than 20 years’ experience in education education and has played a pivotal role in securing stronger outcomes for students. Trevor started his teaching career after studying History at degree level and completing his MA in Politics. He trained as a teacher at Greenwich University and started teaching in 2003-04. Throughout Trevor's career he has always shown determination, drive and commitment to children and young people with different abilities and needs.
